Energy Performance Certificates

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required by law

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required by law if you are selling, renting or building a property. An EPC contains information about a property's energy use and typical energy costs. It also makes recommendations about how to reduce energy use and save money.

An EPC gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for 10 years.

Our company works with a number of accredited energy assessors, enabling us to organise your EPC at a very competitive price with a quick turnaround. As part of our professional marketing package, when you sell or rent your property through McCulloch Estate Agents, we will organise your EPC. However, if your property is currently on the market or you simply need an EPC to comply with regulations, we can arrange one at short notice and at a low cost.

Contact one of our offices to get a quote and arrange an EPC.
